SC/UPC-LC/APC | Single Mode G657.A2 Universal Breakout | 4.8x2.0mm

This universal (indoor/outdoor) breakout has two blue SC/UPC connectors on one side and two green LC/APC connectors on the other, and they are connected by two single-mode A2 fibers with 9µm core diameter and 125µm cladding diameter.

SC means "Square Connector" and it has 2.5mm diameter ceramic ferrule. LC means "Lucent Connector" and it has 1.25mm diameter ceramic ferrule.The connector ferrule on one side isUPC,whichmeans its surface is ultra polished for ultra physical contact; and the other furrel is APC, which means it is polished in an 8°angle for a high precision angled physical contact.Duplex means the cord has two fiber cables bonded together and that it can be used with Rx and Tx systems.
