SC/UPC-SC/UPC | Single Mode G657.A2 Universal Breakout | 4.8x2.0mm

This universal (indoor/outdoor) breakout has two blue SC/UPC connectors on each side, and they are connected by two single-mode A2 fibers with 9µm core diameter and 125µm cladding diameter.

SC means "Square Connector" and it has 2.5mm diameter ceramic ferrule, the UPCferrule of each side connector means its surface is straightly polished for ultra physical contact. Duplex means the cord has two fiber cables bonded together and that it can be used with Rx and Tx systems.
